We warmly invite you to experience a one-of-a-kind educational adventure at San Diego’s Unicorn Ranch Rescue, a 6-acre, all-species animal sanctuary dedicated to compassion, rescue education, and responsible animal care.

Come meet the incredible animals we've rescued and rehabilitated. Our tours help spread the word about our mission, allow you to interact with amazing animals, and teach you about their care and unique stories.
Our gentle giants
Meet our friendly horses, mischievous goats, chubby pigs, and our regal llama, all eager to welcome you to the ranch.
The smaller wonders
Venture to the back of the sanctuary to meet gentle small and giant tortoises, sunbathing turtles, and lots of squeaky guinea pigs.
Feathered friends
Discover happy rescue dogs, dazzling peacocks, waddling ducks, three breeds of geese, various chickens, and majestic turkeys!
An inspiring educational adventure
Our goal is to inspire kindness, curiosity, and respect for all living creatures, fostering an appreciation for nature, while providing a fun and meaningful outdoor learning experience.
Hands-on experiences
Tour participants will enjoy hands-on experiences such as petting, brushing, and safely interacting with many of our animals. You'll also have opportunities to take photos and create lasting memories. Feed the rescue critters treats in the form of donated fruits and veggies, and groom various cuddly animals.
Important visitor information
Tours and experiences may be booked for a donation of $20 per adult and $15 per child. All donations directly support feed, medical care, and daily sanctuary operations. We are happy to accommodate flexible scheduling for troop visits, field trips, homeschool enrichment days, and educational group outings. Please wear closed-toe shoes, dress for the weather (it gets hot!), and bring water bottles.
